advice on 1 def pure

just started on a 1 def pure... first one ive made myself, so due to this i am not sure on where to train because everywhere i would have went on other accounts im using a hell of alot of food lol...

the account is f2p only.

 

erm, in beginning you will have to do like men or you could try the lvl 8 cockroaches. In the stronghold of security there is a room with like 20 or so of them and never see anyone there so would be rele good xp for a pure, and flesh crawlers are good too once you get high enough att and str to kill them fast so they won't hurt you alot. It's a long road to a good 1 defense pure, i have a maxxed out ags 1 def pure myself, and your taking the scenic route by staying non members.

 

thanks dude, will try that out. oohh nice, ive made mains and skillers and pray skillers but with the wildy coming back i want to do pking again and couldnt be annoyed going members because everytime i do it gets wasted lol

 

if you do decide to get membership just for the purpose of faster training, I would use rock crabs for training as they are the best pure xp, and maybe some chaos druids every now and then, there less xp/hr but very good money for pures if you pick up all stackables and herbs. As for range I would advise using the ogre cage above ardough, using a sling you can get very nice range xp with no cost, and if you bring telegrabs you can get the good seed loots and actually profit, and getting there only requires plague city and biohazard quests, both easy. Also, if you are getting prayer, experiments are east of canifus, require doing priest in peril and starting the creature of fenkenstein quest, but you don't have to finish it. Experiments are best xp/hr and less crowded than rock crabs, also there very bottable with autofiter pro, so you wouldn't have to buy the auto crabber, but again gotta get prayer to do priest in peril.

 

goblins under barbarian villiage is pretty good, but start at chickens first etc ofc

 

Do cows in lumbridge (not the ones next to al kharid), there's a guy there you can sell hides to so it should be a nice money maker.

Then once you have 30-40 attack, hit the mossies under varrock.

Stating the obvious as I know you said F2P only, but P2P has so many better and faster options to create a pure and make faster money.

A decent build for F2P would be 40-70-1, with 70 range and 50 or so mage. Ranging then r2h KO is a nice easy way to get back into PK'ing and you never lose too much if you die.
