    Paypal Help!!!
    If I register a bank account to my Paypal.
    Will the Bank account owner get notified?
    and if i buy something will the person get notified?
    and will it tax the bank account??

    Paypal Help!!!
    Well whenever I registered a bank account to my paypal they confirmed that they will be sending 2 small deposits (always under $1) to make sure I do have access to that bank account. So in terms yes they will be notified in the bank statement and you would have to enter those 2 small amounts in paypal to use that bank account for purchases and transactions.
