Is the best way to make money by buying rune bars making full rune and selling!?

 

Erhm, I'm not sure if this actually makes money.
See how much Rune Bars are in comparison to a Rune Plate - Rune Plate takes 5 bars, I'm pretty sure the bar price exceeds that of the Platebody.

 

There is no fast or profitable way to make money smithing, besides blast furnace, I believe. I'm fairly certain with the smithing update ores price increased more, so now you lose money even doing steel bars.

Go do family Crest and get the gold smith gauntlets.

The best way to make money is:

Smelting steel bars.
Smelting steel bars, then smelting cannonballs from them.
Buying steel bars, then smelting cannonballs from them.

You could try making iron knifes. Depending on the G.E prices you might profit.

 

It's horrid money, makes you about 10k/gp an hour which isn't saying much...
I was doing this on my pure/skiller but stopped because it's crap. I think you make more money buying bronze bars and making bronze knives.


Make cannonballs then:

Mithril -> Adamant -> Rune bars in the BLAST FURNACE.
