Looking to pay someone to make a simple program

Okay this may even be a free program on the internet somewhere - But I can't find it.

I basically, how a mouse recorder would record your mouse movements, and repeat in that order.

I'm looking for a program that instead can grab the exact pixel color of the spot you click, and replay it at the same speed.

Basically, Looking to make bots on runescape with it, But I'm a firm believer bans are based on both exact same mouse movements the entire time, or running bot scripts which they can detect, and I'm a firm believer if I had a program (not a client) that can click on specific colors to go through the script, I'd be either safer or almost completely safe.

Look for a program with the name 'ghost mouse' or 'ghost mouse recorder' if it still exists on the web, i used it back in 05
