    See the reason I'm wondering is either Tyler is blatantly breaking the rules, or a rule change has been discussed in private -> therefore only benefiting those who were in the private conversation and not allowing the same tactics to used by the broader community because to our knowledge the old rule is still in effect.......

    Hi there, in the past, @Tyler held no responsibility for HopeAIO and that has changed (which is why the threads were edited to what they are now).

    So to answer your question, no. He is not breaking the rules. Tyler is allowed to advertise if he is held responsible for scams. He has taken that responsibility and this has been confirmed with @Gen

    As discussed in staff lounge, @Tyler will be held responsible for any scams occured by @Hope 's buisness, @Tyler has decided to accept these responsibilities. If anything happens as the result of @Hope 's buisness @Tyler will recieve the same punishment, twc, dnt, ban and ect. Thanks for the report though @John Devola
