    It was him that sent the money from "Donna Ferguson." I didn't send it to him. Also this is the only $65 payment I received/was held in the past 7 days and in the chat he said he sent it at the same time I received it via paypal.

    Also here is the info on the paypal transaction. If you look at the time of the action (PDT) and compare it to the time sent (EST) it was about 1 minute after he sent it that he said he sent it in the chat log.
