Arcus Isidar - Scammer!

The befogging of the conversation isn't there after I checked out the order, I had a feeling after I bought it I was going to get scammed.. He told me he had to gold and it would take 10 minutes for me to get it.. an hour later I'm informed that He already traded me and ended conversation. Here are some screen shots of proof.. The first Time I was scammed on Sythe was just a few days ago, by one of these big Gold Shops, well I thought he was trusted and didn't take any screen shots.













I'd like my gold or my cash back, you can click refund on paypal and I'll end this big ordeal. I know a lot of people won't believe me as I'm new (just here to buy things) and hes a big donater and many vouches. Just please keep the small guy in mind. I don't understand why out of how much this guy probably makes, he would decide to scam the guy that gave him $33

I just spoke to Arcus, and he says you closed the paypal dispute and accepted it's been delivered, is that correct?
