Excessive bumping rule?

I just got my second infraction for excessive bumping. The first time, I was told that I was only allowed to bump a thread once every hours otherwise it would have been a double post so it would bump my thread automatically. I acknowledged that infraction. A few days later, I received another infraction. Anybody want to explain to me what I did wrong? I searched on Sythe for the first page using the keywords " excessive bumping rule " and nothing showed. So I bumped my thread again because it was past 8 hours. A member on Sythe replied to my thread and asked me question/replied to my thread. I replied back with a quote within 20 minutes and the next day, I checked and saw that I received a infraction?

Yeah in my 5 years on here iv never broken any rules. Never scammed, phished, posted porn. Then I bump my thread like 20mins early, didn't notice it was early till after being infracted, and get infracted by a mod that got a high pardon for scamming, wtf is that. They can scam but watch out for the legit sythe users bumping too much.

 

Please PM the moderator that infracted you - that's the best way to go about reversing infraction points.

 

The bumping rule is pretty straightforward. I have never personally had a problem with it. If you feel you didn't deserve the infraction PM the moderator who gave it to you and see if you can get it worked out, most are pretty flexible when it comes to this kind of thing.

Also just a friendly tip for paypalwiz, it won't help you if you are criticizing mods for past occurrences.

 

I'm also abit confused with the rule, can someone clear this up;
You're allowed to bump once in the 8 hours right?
Or is it once per day?

I know, I am just saying its not going to help you if you are trying to get an infraction reversed.
