Looking for people to work on my website with me

I have this website that I started up recently, the basic idea is that it is a game reviewing website but all the reviews are submitted by other people. I also have a forum that adds to the social aspect of it. I basically have no experience with web design or anything of that nature.

The site is already up and its designed using wordpress, and for the forum, mybb. They are pretty easy to use, but I have no previous experience with either so it would be nice to have other people who know what they are doing.

I have no money to pay anyone, but if you join the team, and the website becomes profitable, there will be pay for everyone. What I need right now is...

~People experienced with MyBB
~People experienced with WordPress
~People experienced with things like web design and HTML coding (and other things of that nature)
~People experienced with advertising websites
~People experienced with creating graphics for websites
