Admin/Moderator Help please

Hey guys/gals I was hoping a mod/admin could send me a pm please to discuss a different account thank you.

 

I know some of the Mods can take ages to reply to PM's, but you must respect how busy they are and how often they must get total noobs on the forums PM'ing them over dumb things.

Your best bet is to make a title of your message that may catch their attention, and PM them and wait. It is what the rest of us have to do too, unfortunately.

EDIT: Right as I pressed send, I just remembered the brand new "Live Help" system that has just been rolled out. It is supposed to make situations like these much easier, and faster to get dealt with. You also get the 1 on 1 assistance with a Mod in a live chat Give it a try next time it says somebody is online to assist you.
