[ADMIN]Bus369 Disputing on Icody34s behalf

I was given explicit permission from staff to use Cody to act on my behalf.


I was told the following:

I specfically told Dave/Roary/Blade what I was doing and made sure it was legal.

-I am not banned for scamming-Check
-My gold is not hacked-Check
-I am not using my reputation-Check
-I am not ban evading,Cody is my worker-Check


Please unban my worker,thanks.

 

Why would your worker, if he is your worker, need to list your Skype on their thread?

That doesn't mean, however, that someone can post your Skype on a selling thread... that's completely different, and not allowed. It's basically just vading through his/her profile. Make sense?

 

Icody34 uses my skype to work, I told everyone he's a worker, Im just doing the same thing divica/bogla/lalapo did with me.


If you want me to have him use a sole company skype by himself, I will do that, but clearly as my worker I want to see how he's handling business/trades he's doing etc.

Icody34 works for me, We have a established agreement with proof Shown here:

Icody34 uses my skype due to it being My companys skype(which is the same thing Lalapo and I did, Divica does,bogla does,etc).


U can see in the above proof he asked for a shared skype+ proof he works for me(I can provide more if needed).

I welcome any staff to ip resolve/trace Icody and I, the Ban evading is elminated because we are not even close to the same person.


As for the skype, Its a company skype, I'm his boss, Clearly Im going to give my worker the skype with all our contacts so he can do his job.

It's clear you're both different people, but you can't have a banned member's Skype on your service, regardless of what they're banned for (SRB excluded.)

Staff will discuss options, but I don't personally feel a perm is necessary.

 

Not sure why they were banned as this rule has been in place for some time.

 

They posted bus369's skype on the thread, which lead me to believe they were evading.
If they aren't evading, it seems very strange to me that they should be allowed to use a shared skype to use for business purposes, which is why I asked for an explanation.

That's why I acted the way I did, feel free to correct me if I made a mistake or missed something here.
I'm not going to finish up this dispute as I was the one who banned them, and stand by my own decision.

 

People can share Skypes with whomever they want as long as they take responsibility
