Only difference I see is the giraffe has changed its stance, posts are different, and there's a box around the FB icon and not one in the 2nd post. And the time is different.

 

Some browsers and users are seeing white boxes around some of the mini-ranks and avatars.

 

You could also just change the CSS on your side.

I heard about someone seeing these white boxes. I don't think any harm could come from this - Support.

 

Alternatively add border="0" to the images themselves, takes about 2 seconds.

 

I support this if it is going to get rid of all of the white screens that I get when I browse sometimes.

 

This won't affect white screens you cutie. Only white boxes around images on shitty browsers.

And, support. I admit people shouldn't be using IE these days due to security and compatibility issues, but some people do still use it.

Most people are on Chrome nowadays, although a small percentage still use IE. Is there a way for Richard to see the browser type statistics for Sythe.org?

 

I get this when I use my grandparents computer, not very often but this is very annoying. support.

 

Lots of people who use ie use it because its the only browser compatibly with their webtools.

Also, ie10 is actually really good. Most people are just hesitant to try it because its been bad for so long or because of ie's currently lacking plugin library.

Richard estimated that only 1/10 people use IE but if it's as simple a fix as OP stated then surely Richard should get onto it to keep 10% of his userbase happy. Support.

 

Support, no web developer should shun a web browser, especially over such an easy fix.
