I think ive been SCAMMED (Well Not really)

Well this is the situation. I sold the account to the guy about 6 or 7 days ago. He sent me the money but did not send it gifted so I refunded the money. He said the money was not refunded to him because he paid with his credit card therefore it would take 3-5 days to refund which I told him I knew it would do that because its happen to me before wile paying for something with IPB and having it refunded. Now the thing is the guy has told me that the money is refunded but he keeps giving me the run around about something about his sister has to pay this and pay that for about the last 3 days. Now he has not logged back onto skype.

im really tempted to recover the account but I wanted to know would that be a good idea for my account reputation. I usually only use the market to sell accounts and I dont wanna have a recovery on my record to be honest.
