In the User Services of the Runescape Black Market, we have
With the limitation set on RWT in result of the closing of the old BH and the patch of the popular uncut Dragonstones method, gold exchange just hasn't been the same.
If you take a look at the Other Services:

You can see that most, if not all, of the threads have to do with requests and offering services in regards to gold-farming and/or Transferring services.
I propose that we add a forum to the User Services that labels:
Gold Farming/Transferring
How it would help:
If you take a quick look in the Runescape Black Market, you'll see several threads requesting and offering those services not only in User Services. Many people become confused as to where they should post it. Those services have become to popular nowadays in correlation with the rising demand for RS gold. It'd help keep the forums more organized and people wouldn't report as many posts for the reason of "wrong section" (helpful for everyone because it'd increase the time Moderators have in the "Report A Spammer" section with more important reports.) It seems like the popularity of these services has grown many fold and this proposition meets the change. Gold Farming is a very different service compared to Gold Exchange. Though they have the same result (mostly, there are distinct differences between the two.) Gold Farming is process of earning gold on someone's account while selling gold is merely the process of delivering gold to a person straight for a direct source.
