    How to add a border to text in gimp
    okay, so i have this text:

    [​IMG]

    And tbh it looks bad.
    It's the beginning of my second day on GIMP, and this text is made FROM SCRATCH in there, and playing with different effects.
    How do i add...a border around the text? Or how do i make it smooth out so it looks better? There's no...BOOM in it.

    EDIT - okay, i've now added a border, but the image is still way too pixellated! How can i fix that? Anyone? :/

    Well i don't use gimp much but try going to the text layer, Then CTRL+A and then try to stroke the path.
