Can you send back the money from paypal to moneypak?

    Can you send back the money from paypal to moneypak?
    Ok so paypal really knows how to piss you off. I added 20USD to one of my accounts using a moneypak card. Then it turns out I can't make any purchases with that money because I don't have a registered bank account on that account. So the question is, can I send the 20USD I added to paypal back to my moneypak card, then with the number on the card, add it to a different paypal account?
