Adding another rank request

Ok lets put this in the easiest way as possible

The gamescore/kdr/10th/ modders that are doing there business for cash/items
But not well known like i've seen a leacher who just posted 2 post's he had 5 people already saying ill pay 10 dollars for 10th perstige and so forth

Like you see this going around there is a person who is very trusted and he/she is doin free mm'ing well in this case lets say that free mm'er gets a rank called
"official middleman" so in this case lets say there is a very well known modder they should also get a rank"After verified"
