Same reason. He always gets banned around the same time on powerbot/sythe and makes the same name, then attempts to buy FUT coins and sometimes gets involved in the RSPS market as i'm sure he's doing here.

He is banned on powerbot because I reported him via the report on button on his profile for vading, if you check here i'm sure you'll see he's the same person as well.
