Add To Ban Reason

Gone through a bit of looking on multiple websites and found multiple scams all linked to the same user incase he ever tries to pardon, he's most recently been seen as 'Exdeee' and 'Joker3g' on sythe.

User was ban evading Joker3g (also banned for scamming) prior to his ban yesterday on Exdeee

Seems report was thrown out since the reporter was a vader (lol?) but he's banned anyways, haven't looked into whether or not the evidence in the report is valid so that's up to staff I guess. Cannot find report that got him banned on powerbot

Scam report on EpicNPC containing his contact info confirming my suspicion that MLGeno on these websites is the same person (there's probably more reports on EpicNPC as well)
