Add My Msn132 Ban Dispute

Hey all I am glad to post one more time here (probably the last one). So I understand that the 7th rule says I am responsible for my IP but I thought I'd just give it a try since I haven't made another dispute before. I just asked a friend about how to explain this and he told me that my IP is Dynamic and most Internet Providers use this method because it is cheaper. He told me that everytime I turn my computer on I get a new IP and sometimes I can get an IP that somebody had a day ago. So in this case my IP became the same as all those other people's IP (who was 1 guy I know him in real life). I don't know what else to say, please don't go hard on me, just say denied if there is nothing that can be done about it, I understand that I am responsible for my IP but there was nothing I could do about it. Thanks in advance.

EDIT2: I faintly remember you admitting in the SL to the offense. Pardon me if I'm mistaken, but I'll have an admin check the archives when one gets on.

 

I did a lot of searching into the people matching Add My Msn's non-proxied IPs:

Wowhamba, RollerBlade Master, Skate All Day, (some other names I don't remember) are all definitely the same person (all sold the same accounts) but for Retarded Nerd I couldn't find any solid matches with the others in the list. I'm almost certain that Add my Msn is none of these people though, because Add my Msn joined while Rollerblade Master was still active, and they both continued being active sythe users until RollerBlade Master was banned 3 months later. Also, in all of these accounts, there are pictures uploaded to photobucket under the name Fatos Kastrati (who is not Add my MSN)

I initially hypothesized that "turn on" is also Add my msn. It was made 6 months before add my msn but it was abandoned after about 2 weeks. The msn for that account was "[email protected]" and add my msn's name is also "art". But he claims that he never made that account. It doesn't really matter though since turn on quit using sythe long before add my msn joined, even if they were the same person, turn on was never banned and there's 0 interaction between them.

Retarded Nerd was never banned, and has done several bils of trades with r2p recently. However, Add my msn did vouch him in the past: http://www.sythe.org/7546047-post4.html and he admits to knowing the guy in real life ("I know what he looks like but I've never talked to him" was what he said on msn)

 

Before we go any further I'd like to have the old SL thread unarchived. I'll get it done when I see an admin on msn.

 

I've extensively re-evaluated you ban and I have found that you are only guilty of minor account interaction (bumping your thread with another account of yours).

You will be unbanned with a TwC for now, its just as a precaution and may be removed in a month or two if you're good.
