Qualcomm Killer Network Manager fucked up my system

'Sup everyone, so I uninstalled this Network Manager as sometimes my Steam says "Could not connect to Steam network" and then I've found out that a Network Manager might ruin it so what I did was uninstalled it but everything seems okay and then I restarted it, everything else is still okay but when my PC crashes or maybe some current problems. I can't connect to the internet, it says "X" on the Network Icon but my Ethernet Cable was properly connected at the back of my PC, I installed the Network Manager again from the CD that came with my motherboard and then it worked but I restarted it and then it doesn't work again and it says that I don't have a Ethernet Cable connected but the Network Manager is installed so what I did again is uninstalled the network manager and then restarded, installed it again and it worked but I didn't restarted my PC and I think my problem was already fixed and then a week, my PC turned off because of the current problems so when I turn the PC on again, it says "X" again on the Network Icon. I did the same thing again and it worked, my Network Driver always turns dumb when my PC has been turned off without properly turning it off. So I need to unintall, restart, install it again and no "restart". Is there a way to fix this? Maybe like delete a file from the network manager that is on Windows/system32? When I also install it, it says Error -1603...

UPDATE: It now works again because I uninstalled 2 unknown devices on the Device Manager and that might be the reason that fucked up my PC.
