    Add courses/coaching section

I think sythe needs a courses/coaching section considering we have huge money-minded community here, and lots of super smart people in various fields.

Would love to hear some input what everyone thinks about this.

I believe this would fall under the guides category which has been denied in the past.

I think the post made by @Superfluous sums up my opinion on the matter.

If you're suggesting a section to sell guides, what Yoshiki said above pretty much covers that in my opinion.

If you're suggesting a separate section for coaching other users for free, I don't think anyone will utilize it. It's not likely that users will give away their strategies for successful trading to potential competition.

I would actually support this, but I understand the other side of the argument. I do wish it hadn’t been removed, as there were some diamonds in the rough. However, the section was also flooded with low-quality spam.

My own guide in 2016 was essentially ripped off by another user, which we disputed in RAS.

Another issue is that guides become outdated quickly. My own guide from 2016 would require a complete rewrite today.

Some ideas that could improve this system:

    • All guides or course access should be provided to mods/admins for free, allowing them to review at their discretion.
    • Authors and professionals must provide proof that they are actually successful in what they teach. Maybe there could be a verified/unverified success tag to encourage them to put in the effort and request reviews, inspections, or criticism of their guide, coaching, or method.
    • No forex or crypto schemes.
    • Guide/course updates should be public so users can assess how new or outdated a method is and whether it's being maintained regularly.

    Add courses/coaching section

Well it's a bit hard to differentiate a guide from coaching/courses. It's literally a billion dollar market.
I'm thinking about courses like Alex hormozi/ Iman Gadzhi/Tai Lopez and even Andrew Tate type stuff. There are lots of these guys making 10m$+/month from selling these courses, because they actually work at large scale for people who put the effort in.

There is a lot more to making money online than just trading, and lots of scalable AI methods which barely matters how many people use them. I'm sure there are methods that we aren't even aware of ourselves.

I don't support selling guides that have been ripped off from other people. Everything should be original and written by the seller himself and verified by staff that the person selling these courses is actually successful making money that way himself.

And you can definitely buy a 20$ subscription course that is constantly updated with enough information in one place on how to make 5k$-10k$ a month, because that course is usually being sold to thousands of people at a time which allows the price to be so low, and they're essentially a better investment than standard education for this exact reason.

I agree with all of this, but I'm not sure about the forex/crypto part. But I understand your point why we should not allow those, since staff will definitely lack the knowledge and education to moderate those properly.
