Add a Sticky

The programming forum, which is mainly for discussing programming, also has several threads from people looking for programming jobs. I think a sticky stating that this is for discussion, not sales, and linking to the programming market

That would probably be helpful, and pretty easy to make. It would probably also be best to put a link to the software market in the sticky as well so people can hopefully find what they are looking for in there.
