I agree, proof of this evidence before even thinking about a guide would be nessacary...

Besides, what would a guide help other than the fact that is this were to be true other than to state " It is possible for the money to be charged back ".

It goes the same as paypal.. The only real way to be safe is to know for sure the person you're buying/selling/trading with is trustworthy.

Everyone thinks moneybookers is a 100% guarenteed no charge back. It says that on the site also but a bit vague. I can look up the email later if evidence if this is really required lol..

If it states it on the website they are obviously right. If we are all wrong and you can Charge Back i think you should let the company know that you can and they should change the website.

Actually you can have the company sued if an individual is able to chanrge back, especially if it specifically states " No, Charge-Backs "

"We reserve however the right to withdraw this policy for any particular merchant who we determine is not exercising due diligence or is operating in a way which results in a higher than the normal exposure." Is what they also say. I've been scammed myself out of 450 USD via moneybookers when I was selling rsc mills ages ago.

Well thank you sir, now the whole world knows you can charge back on moneybookers. Before I Could use it safely and not have to worry, even though I knew people could charge back by phone. NOW thanks to your little post here anybody who looks will know just how to charge back on moneybookers and it will become the new paypal of scamming in the black market.

Putting a guide in the black market would simply exaggerate this effect. No good thing lasts forever, and posts like this were bound to happen, this signals the end for moneybookers.

And for those of you asking how "hard" it is to get them to charge back, it's actually fairly easy as I've had to do it on a couple occasions where I was scammed (off sythe.) You call give them whatever bullshit details you want and they charge it back. Why? Because they don't want the negative feedback you're going to cause them. Plain and simple. Obviously they won't allow you to do it more than a few times, but scammers don't need more than a few times.

Anyways now that the cats out of the bag, might as well let the 'Good' people of black market know that they can get fucked over. So I support the guide as it is inevitable, though I do so very begrudgingly. A no longer safe way to trade should be listed as such.

    Thanatos

    I removed it for now.

I know all of you are partly right, but there are quite some people who knew it already.

Like I said since you already posted it we might as well keep it up, it was only a matter of time until people knew. And now more people know than ever and sellers should be protected. Moneybookers is no longer safe and should be listed as such I think your suggestion should stay, and I really do apologize for my negativity in my previous post :).

Just as you know about being able to chargeback on moneybookers, so do a few select scammers. It's better to let everyone know before these scammers make the majority of traders learn the truth the hardway.
