i made the ownagest avvy today :D

its my current avatar, made with gimp
! i started off with a rough drawing of an old english capital d in paint.
! then i opened it in gimp
! next i made a transperent layer, and put a blue g flare then merged the layers
! i then had a white backround with an old english d coloured like a flare
! then i went to filters-edgedetect-neon and clicked ok
! eureka, it is done

so whta do you think? ownage or what

Tbh looks like shit. First it looks likes it's JPG then another thing is that I don't know what the hell is that there?? Try something different.. Read some guides and then try it again.

Make the background of it the same colour as the sythe background, it will help it stand out more.

 

yea if u changed the background color. or gave it a border maybe?

 

1- Crop it. [Too much empty space for an avvy]
2- Make it transparent.
