Selling Cinema 4D, Photoshop CS5 Extended, and Adobe after effects

I will be selling these programs, they are all very expensive programs but will be sold cheap!
Adobe Photoshop CS5 extended is very easy to use, and same with Cinema 4D, but I had some trouble using Adobe after effects, it was very confusing.

- Adobe After effects - $20.00

How payments will be transfered, I have set up download links for all tree programs, once all payments have been made, depening on weather we have a middle man or not, I will send download links Via, MSN, AIM, or even through Sythe PM.

I don't think this is allowed.. doesn't this come under 'You're not allowed to sell something that is free'?
Plus, I'm pretty sure this is illegal, selling others products for cheaper even though you can just torrent them.
