some one stole my 4m!!!

Hey everyone,
I just bought 4m for 16 bucks.
Well I wanted to transfer it from one account to another.
I dropped it on the ground than quickly logged onto my other account.
Well some guy stood right by me, than picked up my 4m before I could!!!
Doesn't runescape record your last 60 seconds of gameplay?
Is there anyway I could get it back?

well since drop trading is against the rules they couldnt help you and they wont ever give u anything
