Paypal MM

I thought to start earning some cash i would do some mming. I will only do Cash / Rs Account and it must be via paypal. My prices are anything from 2.5%-10% this will be disscussed with the person paying for fee's

How Things Will Work.

1)
I reciver both cash from the buyer and the rs account and the account info from the seller. I will not give the account to the buyer till both the account and money are in my control.

2)
The account will be given to the buyer for 14 days, To set recovers. If the account is stolen in this time the money will be given back to the buyer.

3)
After the recovers have been set and completed and the buyer is happy. I will give the cash to the seller. Keeping both the buyer and seller safe.

If the seller has been caught getting the account back they will be reported on sythe and I.P blocked from the site.

Are you a scammer.

No i have never scammed. There is no need for me to do so as i do not play runescape anymore and that paypal can take up a dispute.

I have mmed before on other sites, never with paypal only rs acc's and rs gold.
