Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
Ace lied to me and told me that he had sold the gold from the account 2 months ago and didn't play the account since then. 4 days after I bought the account it got RWT ban. I only logged into the account for 2 minutes. I would fully take the blame for the ban if ace didn't lie and say the account was inactive, he made up a pointless lie and I believe I deserve some sort of refund. He's saying to me that he can't do anything as his TOS says bans are not responsible, however I believe that because he lied to me before he gave me the account that makes him responsible as I thought it would be safer to buy the account if it was inactive.



Him saying the account was 2 months inactive when he gave it to me.


Account clearly not inactive as it has 1074 Duke kill count which comes from the DT2 quest.


Release date of DT2.

It's literally impossible that he sold the gold on the account 2 months ago if the account had boss kill count from the brand new game boss, and managed to get such high kill count.

He keeps playing the TOS card but surely it doesn't matter if he lied in the first place?



Edit: I purchased this account on the 24th of august.
I took a screenshot of the boss kc's to show my friend the corp kill count before it got banned, I only just noticed the DT2 bosses in the picture as my friend told me thats how he knew the account wasn't inactive.




Surely this is against sythe TOS, only reason I bought the account is because he told me he rested the account. And he clearly and obviously didnt. Now he's just playing dumb.

My bad didn't properly check but doesn't make a difference to the FACT that you LIED about the inactivity of the account and when the gold was sold from it.

 

You just know it today I didn’t say it to when u bought this account cuz I don’t know he sold or no all I did asked him today and he said didn’t played from 2 months cuz I know him irl that’s all I’ll lev this report tell any mod respond

Why do you keep saying this when I have proof it's not true. And you quite obviously sold all the gold on the account before giving it to me. As a seller you need to do research from who you're buying from. I'm certain the ban didn't come from me as I didn't login for longer than an hour. If you're lying about the inactivity of the account, you're most defiantly hiding more stuff.

 

I accept your TOS if what you're selling me is what you say it is. You sold me an account that wasn't 2 months inactive and had recently sold gold. You should've rested the account after you sold the gold on it.
