Idcboutu's Ban dispute (continue)

Finn posted on my other dispute thread that I would like to reply to but not sure how to without registering an account so I thought the only way to reply would be to make another thread, sorry if this was not the best way to do so.

This is my reply; I changed Internet Service Providers on Christmas Eve (I believe around December 24) meaning that I was assigned a new IP Address on that day. This might be the reason to why it seems like I am ban evading because someone might have registered and been banned on this IP Address before I was assigned to it. If you check my previous IP Address history for my Sythe account (Idcboutu), you see that I've changed IP Address at around Christmas Eve.

As I said, I have absolutely no clue who Barrageboy is and I am 100% positive that it is not me. It is only me who uses Sythe in my house so there is no possible chance that my anyone in my family has registered under that name.

Your new ISP doesn't have a banned member on it. Its your old one that we have a problem with.
