    AccountWareHouse

This all started because AccountWareHouse got a negative review on TrustPilot. A gigantic bitch fit ensued, causing me to be scammed for my account's wealth and 160$.
I want to start by saying - they claim that I recovered the account before they disputed the sale and chargedback. To begin with, I recovered the account days after this - they are most likely using this as proof and changing the date to make it seem like I did. However, in my video you can clearly see it says the recovery email is an email starting with "a" and has the same length of "[email protected]". I will begin with this video - this is immediately after they claimed I had recovered the account - https://vimeo.com/user95636375/review/320409022/392a458fa7

Obviously I was confused, so I made contact with them:

It is clear that PayPal is most likely going to lean towards accepting my proof to end the dispute. AccountWareHouse sees this, and goes on to clean my account, making sure that I could not sell it again, causing hundreds of dollars in damage.

They had already said it was a "closed case", so I attempted to recover my account, to no avail:

So I'm like uh... what? The only other person in the world at this point who has the ability to recover my account besides me is AccountWareHouse. Now, I knew the recovery story was BS: I continually tried recovering it, and after about 12 hours succeeded. At this point, the account was cleaned completely with hundreds of dollars in damage done. This recover was well after they had already charged back the money and I made the original report on Sythe.

I then started to investigate. The email I provided them with for the sale is one they are supposed to change the password for and use, however - they did not change the password, so I accessed it.

They changed the email to an account starting with "a" - most likely "[email protected]".
Why is this important? This is why:
(You can find in the file that it was created Febuary 25th to any skepticism about the legitimacy of it)

The account had not been recovered, and if it had, it was by AccountWareHouse to their own gmail. They have my ID, my payment details, and all of my recovery answers and questions. They now own my account, even though they have cancelled the sale, stolen my money, and ruined my account.

Here is a video of me proving I did not recover it : https://vimeo.com/user95636375/review/320409022/392a458fa7

Here is the result of trying to sell my account to AccountWareHouse, all because they think I wrote them a negative review. There is no other person in the world that could have done this to my account. Even if someone else recovered it, they would have no way of knowing my bank pin. The bank pin is required to remove PoH rooms and opening the bank. There is 100% no possibly way it was anyone but AccountWareHouse. It was one of their employees, no questions. It is the only plausible theory.

My house before selling to AccountWareHouse (worth over 200m+)

This is my house after I recovered the account, which could only be the result of someone knowing the bank pin - not a soul in the world knows the bank pin but me and AccountWareHouse

Now please tell me: What motive do I have to ruin my account completely to the point it has no resale value? When you delete a room from a PoH, you don't get anything back. It's just gone, period. No one would do this to their own account.

To not hold them even remotely responsible is obvious negligence and proof that they are affiliated with Sythe although their website clearly states they are not :

Shortly after my first report, an employee of AccountWareHouse left a reply which was promptly deleted in less than 5 minutes - I believe this is the employee who ruined my account :

And this is the icing on the cake. I am in complete disbelief that their blatant fraud is being ignored by Pendulum. He will not even make contact with me to compare proof.

I am not spending hours putting together reports for no reason. An employee at AccountWareHouse is not being forthright. All they have to do is replace the items they destroyed and remake my house. If they do so, the dispute will be finished and they will get their money back. On the other hand, they should be giving me the money they stole and be forced to sell my account that they completely ruined. This is beyond bad business practices, this is fraud and thievery. If every customer at AccountWareHouse was aware of this situation, they would never do business with them ever again.

Please watch the video. I have been forthcoming from the beginning - I have done nothing wrong and have been completely fucked over because they think I wrote a bad review about them. Their actions are a clear indicator of why someone would leave them a bad review. This is not how you run a business, being rude thieves is a good way to make sure you don't ever have a loyal customer base.

We all know when it comes to evidence there is no such thing as being 100% sure. But the facts are here, and I am 99.9% sure. There is no way to conclude they are void of any wrongdoing. There is a dishonest employee in their ranks.

The community can see the obvious truth - why is it the mods cannot? I already have had tons of different people offering me free services to recoup my losses. It is clear to them that AccountWareHouse has done wrong. I am very grateful to those amazing people offering free services, but I cannot accept any until this issue is resolved.

This stops here. I didn't ban you for the IRL threats to @Accountwarehouse and I should have:
Your email is a direct match to @gandhi2, you cannot dispute this, you literally said it in your video you posted. Its also included in your transaction with Accountwarehouse, so I don't understand why you are denying this.

    Your email: [email protected]
    Your uploaded video:

    Linking to Sythe account:
    https://www.sythe.org/search/151573187/[email protected]&o=date

The email you received can be from anyone, it holds no basis in this report. For all we know, you could have made that yourself. AWH uses: [email protected].

As for the account, they have a TOS they follow (and you agreed to it). If they claim you recovered the account, you would then need to refund the payment and would be free to recover your account. This is the same case on Sythe unless you have your own TOS that states otherwise.

As for the items you claimed to lose, we cannot prove either side of the story. I mentioned this in the other report you opened. This is no different than any other account dispute. I've updated your DNT to a ban, you're free to dispute this with an admin.
