    I've bought a lvl 103 from www.accountwarehouse.com on the 26th of October 2018 for a total of $149AUD ~

    The login emailed to me was: Harry.hc.uk
    The password emailed to me was correct.
    The Username: Hannnuss

    The account came with an email attached (?concerning): [email protected]
    The email attached's password was correct.
    The email attached secret question was correct.

    After changing passwords, changing the email registered (obviously), and playing fora few days i felt like it was safe to now actually start using it as a account of mine.

    I put 50m on it and then used my other accounts to stake, then traded back approx 250m in total of winnings to the account, bought gear etc and got some levels up.

    I then awoke on the 31st of October unable to login to the account, logged into my pure account and started recieving messages from my purchased account... from the original owner...
    He stated he gave accountwarehouse.com false recovery answers to his account, which then allowed him to recover the account once there was items on it.
    I am not sure if the original owner and www.accountwarehouse.com are actually affiliated and working to fraudulently sell accessible accounts and steal customers GP.

    I would like a full refund for the account, my items lost due security negligence on behalf of accountwarehouse.com and selling an account whilst they did not have the real recovery questions.
    They have also victim blamed me via email several times and have used very harsh tones.

    I told them I have all the receipts, I am very surprised this has happened because I truly did do my research in validating this site and it's legitness but I guess it can happen anywhere.

    I am sorry that you are unhappy but the account compromise was on your end which we told you. You also changed the linked email which voids our life-time warranty as clearly stated. We managed to get the account back for you (with the help of the original owner) and you were still unhappy. No refund will be offered since you voided your warranty.

    You even admit here to changing the linked email yourself. Had you not changed the email we would have proof of what happened. There is a reason we state very clearly NOT to change the email and that it void the warranty and you are now experiencing it.

    When we sent you your account, we made it very clear that changing the email voided our warranty. This is not something that happens by accident, it's a deliberate action done on your part. By changing the email, we have no way to prove that the account was indeed recalled by the original owner. Without this proof, we are not able to take action against them, nor are we able to invoke our warranty. We were able to get the account back for you though but you are still unhappy. When you calm down and want the account back feel free to email us.

    edit: I would also like to request the screenshots you uploaded as evidence PM'd to me. I may be able to use those to help you take action against the OO but I will need unedited versions of the screenshots with the date, time, etc all visible. Make sure not to crop it at all. We are actually here to help you not fight you whether you believe it or not. Our #1 goal is for you to get and keep a safe account forever.

    Whats the email got to do with it? please explain why changing the linked email would make any difference whatsoever?
    I changed it to my email by the way.
    You guys are honestly just trying to scam me and that's digusting.
    The screenshots were taken with OSBUDDY (using the camera icon) then uploaded directly to IMGUR, which is all linked.

    Could i please request a Sythe Moderator please moderate this issue.

    @JordanisExtraAF - Before purchasing the account off their site, you agreed to their TOS as well as their warranty policy. There is nothing we can do here.

    You are free to pursue this further through their dispute/support center.
