    Explanation of the trade:

    I've used these guys were a while and i've never had a bad experience until now. The most recent transaction to occur was to have 15 accs serviced to finish the SOTF boss.
    The accounts were split into 2 tickets with 2 workers. ( 8 and 7)
    Originally there was someone added to the tickets who didn't end up doing the works, after 2 days a new worker was added to fullfil the order. ( this is for 1 ticket containing 7 accounts)
    The accounts were then completed and eveyrything was all good and dandy. This is when i was instructed to changed the passwords of the accounts.
    I went ahead and did a password request for the accounts, but never received the email. I just figured it was slow, so i waited. I left for the day, came home and tried again... still no email. ( this was for 4 of the 7 accs only)
    Didn't really think much of it, so whatever.
    Now last night i went to login to the accounts and wasn't able to get into 3 of them...i was super confused and tried to reset the password, but of course i didn't get an email link still.

    I then knew someone had to have stolen the accounts and it's now looking like someone set an email on the accounts that weren't registered. I now started checking all the accounts and trying to changed the password to them. I logged into 1 to see it was drained and then about 5 minutes later the password was changed lol....
    This now brings it to 4 accounts stolen

    Conclusion is that 4 accounts had a email registered by the old worker on the ticket and then changed the passwords unfortunately

    The accounts were 80 combats with 92+ agility and SOTF completed. I'm really only hoping to get 2 of the accounts replaced with just SOTF completed
    I understand I need to change passwords after service, but I wasn't able to due to an email being reset. When i didn't receive the email reset link I didn't think much of it simply because i've never had a bad experience with these guys over the last year.
    Workers also give deposits so this should be reflected in coverage / some sort of insurance ?
    not trying to be a dick about it, but just find it a little unfair

    Good day my friend i am sad to hear that your going thru this. But our company is not responsible for your lose.we have some rules we stick with.

    Your services is completed nearly 7 days ago. You have had a big time frame to change your password.
    Our team was also not made aware of that the accounts came unregistered we didnt know it aswell before assigning a worker.
    The worker was removed from your ticket and another worker has completed the services and still after so many days of completing the services you havent took any steps to change your password.
    This case is out of our range my friend you needed to be more responsible. I have all rules mentioned and you can read them all before opening a ticket.

    All the accounts adriano have done for you are completed correctly.

    Orginal finish date of the lost accounts are 27/02/24

    What probly happend is that by that time you havent also mentioned us that the accounts we're unregistered and we gave the accounts to a new worker and after seeing bad progress we have re assigned your services to an more experienced worker that have finished your job fast and correctly and the old worker who is removed from ticket does not work with us anymore and this all was finished on 27/02 and now a week later your telling me that the accounts have had no email and that theyre attached on an another email.

    You should make us atleast aware from the begin that the accounts have no email so the services would be immediately assigned to an more experienced worker, and right after the finish date you really had to change the password brother..

    I just wasn't aware they had registered an email until it was too late. It's both our negligence.
    I COULDNT change the password regardless, so it doesn't matter - whether it was immediately or now. the point is that the worker probably registered the email right away so the outcome would be the same.

    I DID try to change the password right after the service, but i couldn't. I never got the email from jagex and I just didn't think much of it and figured i'd try later.

    Your worker gave you a deposit didn't he? Why can't you use some of that to cover this?

    Rule 12 can't be applied because I COULDNT change the password lol

    4 out of 7 were stolen - would a fair compromise be to just replace 2 of the accs?

    Hi @Tren Hard

    Who did you provide the account information to? Did you pass it to the worker directly, was this in the ticket? Or was it passed to an admin?
    Were you told by Budget-RS that they were replacing the initial worker with a new one? If so, did they ask you to change the account info?
    Have your attempted to recover the stolen accounts?

    @K A L A can you provide proof of this customer agreeing to your ToS?

    Hey good morning zora, its pmed to a worker when we starting the services. As ive mentioned above even when the work was completed after it was re assigned the customer havent took steps to change password and by the time the worker is fired if this would be during the services i would say that i am responsible for this. But he have had a week to change password also the customer never made us aware that the accounts were unregistered so we didnt know that untill this problems found place. Although we dont even know how real this is that the accounts really were unregistered? Before we started the services. i dont deny but yeah i mean he have had to be more responsible.

    - There was a huge time frame to change password.
    - There is no information given to us telling that the accounts were unregistered before starting the services..

    Is this done between the worker and customer directly? Did the customer DM the info to both the old and the new worker?

    When we find the available worker for the task we add the worker to the ticket and request the customer to PM the details to worker so the details are only between customer and worker.
    We do this for safety reasons as in we have several admins that look into the ticket if the customer drops details in the ticket and then something is missing on the account i cant point to all my admins so we keep details between worker and customer.

    I also want to make something clear that the worker who is shown above has done and delivered all the assigned accounts in good condition (hes a high tier worker) so the images above is not for the worker who is suspected for stealing the accounts. images does not fit this report. Adriano has completed all the work that we gave him. @Zora

    The images above that are listed under the date
    23/27 feb is the orginal ticket he may have uploaded adrianos ticket to show a close time frame but thats not the real ticket the order is finished on 27 feb and you can see find that back on my first reply.

    Hey, sorry been away from internet.
    The worker ( Adriano) was the 2nd worked added to the ticket.
    The first worker who was added is the one who would've taken the accounts.
    I was not told to change any of the info after the first worker was added and removed from the ticket. The first worker was assigned to the ticket for 2 days before Adriano took over

    Adriano does not have any involve in those accounts as adriano have delivered all your accounts in a good state and hes not the worker who took over the re assignment so i dont even know how you drag hes name into this? You agreed with my TOS that tells you to change password after completion of the services my friend and you havent done that on the date it was finished!, if you would have the date of report would be that or atleast you would tell us by that time that your facing an issue.

    The first worker got taken away from the ticket on 23 februari due leak of progress

    So on the new ticket the admin tells that the old worker is fired cuz he fucked up things this is on march the acc was finished already and delivered by that time


    We do not have any rule or a statement to change passwords if we re assign the ticket as the worker wasnt fired by that time but just removed from the ticket due leak of progress we have added (high tier worker ni un rare) to your ticket that has finished the accounts your talking about and this is finished on 27 feb adriano does not even have any involve in this entire report stop making things up

    To make things simple - 1 of your workers stole my accounts and it was even admitted. So do with that as you will. I'm not gonna argue with you about it

    Good morning what i am trying to tell is that I am not responsible for a worker that does not work for me anymore, I am also not responsible for a customer that does not change hes password after completing the services, if you had done so your report would be max 24 hours after completing the services that would be 28 februari but it was a week later.

    And my point there is your telling and showing Adrianos name but thats not even the correct ticket or worker where you faced any issue with so all the pictures your showing above are a week after the services is completed and the missing accounts you made a report about is on a different ticket thats the one Ive posted on my first reply.

    I couldn't change the password because the previous worker registered an email lol

    You should have told me to change the passwords after that worker left the ticket. Although it was probably to late anyway since he likely registered the emails right away

    I cant see any proof that the worker have done this right away, if you would change or try to change on the finish date we would have a better view about it. The fact doesnt change that you havent taken any steps to change password after it was done to begin with, if you had mentioned to us that the accounts were unregistered when you provided them to us, we would have assigned the job to a better worker so dont push your own irresponsibility on me, I still havent seen any proof showing me that the accs really were unregistered when you have provided them to me? I am waiting for my staff to find the emails if i am correct this emails are even outlook.com?. Neither did you try to change the password. exactly what I am trying to explain to you is what you just said, that you yourself were too late to take steps to secure your account.
