Loyalty programs are similar by default. Here is the loyalty program from Uber imgur.com this is the one we used to get inspiration from. Perhaps, you should report them too for "plagiarism"

 

Not enough to constitute a 1 month ban.

1. There are more differences than there are similarities
2. He's using an image, yours is coded
3. Nothing else in the site matches yours

The only exact match that could constitute obvious plagiarism is the "1Hr Maxed Staker Rental" perk as this appears on no other site indexed by google, but in my opinion this falls under "trivial" in the disclaimer in Steph's rules thread:

It's also my opinion that "websites" in this rule refers to entire pages, page structures, design, or coding, not just a few perks in a loyalty system.
