[Cash/RSGP]WTB 99 range[Cash/RSGP]

LF an account with 99 range. Preferably some other good stats, as a good account overall would be perfect, but ranged is the only thing I care to have max. Some friends are just getting back into the game and I'd like something decent to play with as my old account is banned.


I'd really prefer to do cash, but I can get my hands on some RSGP if needed.
