So I've just been scammed...

The user O SEXY scammed me buying one of his accounts for 60$ I sent him 30$ and he instantly signed off MSN. I've got the chat pictures and Pm through sythe I'm a fairly new member... well not actually but I've never had any problems with anyone on here. I'd like to know what's the best way to go about getting my money back through Paypal and getting him banned off the site!

Submit a dispute for an unauthorized claim on virtual items. You will win, theres no seller protection^^

 

Did you send the payment as gift and if yes, there is no way of getting it back. Submit a dispute and that's the best you can do.

 

I sent it as payment for goods Hopefully this is good proof? where do I post on sythe to get him banned?

Go to the Sythe home page and scroll all the way to the bottom. There you will see a section called "Report a scammer". Post all the information you've got there, but remember to follow the stickies.

 

Then you can then ask for a dispute, but you probably would need proof.

As with the reporting scamming report, put it on "Reporting a Scammer" section.
