Don't think it's really that necessary, people will probably start bond threads in the account upgrade section anyways since the two pretty much go hand in hand

I don't disagree but you can redeem bonds for stuff other than account upgrades

Meh, but people will know to look for it in the upgrades section since that's what it's probably going to be used for 90% of the time

Denied. Each of these services is in one way or another related to an upgrade towards the account where it be upgrading the jcoins, the spins, membership, etc.
