Looking for some advice about Playerauctions

So me and a friend bought off a guy on there before, we got a large amount of 07 gold and split it, a few days ago I decided to get some more and made my own account, I didn't read their rule about only having one account.

I bought the gold using VISA and they instantly banned me for multiple accounts. The money has been taken off me and all the support emails I get back just say I'm not allowed two accounts. Nothing about the gold delivery.

Can anyone give me any advice on what to do?
