a couple 99s could mean minning and rcing. depends which 99s, cash, lvls of stats, name, and etc

 

If they are money making stats like 99 wc, 99 fishing, something like that then its worth a lot more than 99 stats such as firemaking and cooking.

 

depends on what skills r 99 and cash maybe on name too

 

You can't price an account purely on the 99s it has.
You have to think about every, LITERALLY everything!
