Account Training (Macroing Ban)

First off, I would like to say this is NOT a generic scam report, this is something I would and am seeking moderators opinions on.

Backstory:
I paid Turtle the frog some BTC to do some training for me on multiple accounts. I had done multiple transactions with him in the past and had no issues in doing any kind of business nor did I receive any bans.

Quite recently he told me that one of the accounts he was training for me got a permanent macro ban. As shown here:

I saw this and I decided to consult with Chuckle, a powerbot moderator AND someone who has been training accounts for years to determine how to approach the situation, and here is what he told me:

The next part is split up because turtle says here my account wasn't the only one which got a macro ban:

Continuing on...

Chuckle also seemed to be out at this particular time, he tells me the ban was not false and that he will continue talking when he gets home:

I also showed Chuckle this because Turtle also claimed to talk with Grendmas RS (profile link found here: Grendmas RS):

Apparently Grendmas RS got these "false macroing bans" when not using proxies.

When I sent this to Chuckle, this is what he said:

I made this report because I told Turtle I would seek other peoples opinions. Turtle said these bans were false and that I should appeal them. I was told by Chuckle that before an appeal is attempted, I should file a dispute. Let me know if more information is needed.

More info: I logged into the account also on the RuneScape homepage to confirm whether the account was banned for macroing and it seems it was indeed the case:

First off im not protecting anyone and im not biased, its in my favor for competition to be in trouble, so to speak

i want to say that there is a chance to get banned falsely for botting(especially since last 30days since new mods are on with a lot of free time like mod acorn), and there is a number of ways for that to happen that i can disclose with mods. If the user botted, why arent all of turtles accounts banned? Anyway the obvious thing and turn of events like in rsswaps case is that the user has to make the same account for u.

 

@SeraphicHQ - Please tell the user to submit an appeal. (In case a ban was through an error), and we will go from there. (Please post the results, when you receive them).

This transaction was roughly $88 at the time of it being sent (BTC fluctuates):

$88 - 88$ BTC for the following: 60-61-46 (and 70 ranged) to 75-70-60 (and 75 ranged)

85-96-85 to 99 hp and
75-96-75 to 97 hp (additional payment - so +6M ranged XP totalling 3M extra on each account)

76-88-43 (and 93 ranged) to
76-96-60 (and 99 ranged with 20M total ranged XP) All details were discussed in Discord.

(There were multiple payments for the 85-96-85 and 75-96-75 accounts since you kept doing the calculations incorrectly):

Using $87.81 (I’m only using this since all the other transactions are irrelevant considering you did gain all the XP that you agreed to do.)

You completed 60-61-46 + 70 ranged to 75-70-60 + 75 ranged
You completed 85-96-85 to 98 hp
You completed 75-96-75 to 97 hp
You completed 76-88-43 to 76-96-60 BUT only 94 ranged when the account got hammered PLUS in this agreement it states 20M ranged XP total (I note down all my service transactions in coinbase.

Lets work out the XP that was meant to be gained:

Account 1:
60-75 attack = 936,679 XP
61-70 strength = 435,339 XP
46-60 defence = 205,759 XP
70-75 ranged = 472,794 XP

Account 2:
So using the screenshot it shows that a total of 3M XP would have to be gained.
Adding 3M ranged XP here.

Account 3:
3M ranged XP (as shown in the screenshot above)

Account 4: (the account that got macro banned and then appeal got accepted)
76-76 attack = 0XP
88-96 strength = 5,298,801
43-60 defence = 223,403 XP
93-99 ranged (but to 20M ranged XP) = 12,804,371 XP

So adding up total XP that was meant to be gained:
26,377,146

Working out the total XP that was NOT completed
Account 1 = Completed
Account 2 = 98 hp with an XP of 468,852 in HP (because when training ranged, you have to x3 the XP when trying to get HP levels so 468,852 x 3 = 1,406,556 XP)
Account 3 = Completed
Account 4 = 94-99 ranged so atm there is an XP of 8,057,196 meaning a total of 11,942,804 XP was NOT completed
11,942,804+1,406,556 = 13,349,360 was NOT completed

13,349,360/26,377,146 = ~50% of the order was NOT completed

Your total debts:
So 50% of 87.81 = $43.9 + 6.07 = $50 (rounded up)
