i think it was like an update... saw it on rshumor...

 

isnt that from a quest where u need to wear a sack or somethin
thats like the brown one in second picture cause it shows it as a white dot on mini map meanin its a player

Its from the quest, Ghosts Ahoy, were you're in Port Phasmytas, and you need the ghost villagers to sign a petition, but will ignore you if you don't wear the special bed sheet (A bed sheet, dipped into ectofuntas).

Question is... How do they wear them in varrock? It's impossible... You can only wear it in the Port.. O_O

 

ive seen many glitches back in the days but never seen this 1 =\

 

It isn't a glitch. It's when you wear a disguise in Ghosts Ahoy. You shouldn't be able to wear this outside of Port Phasmatys but I guess these guys found a way around it or it's just Jagex's fault for screwing up an update.

I Think these ghosts fail.

 

Maybe they unsuscribed during the quest?

 

Or maybe they do that book thing like wit the monkey madness glitch to be able to be a monkey anywhere else?
