how does it work? cause i heard somewhere you could retract paypal money, hence scamming.. i'm clueless <_<

it can work a few ways...
trader A, wants to trade B an account. B is going to pay A with paypal.

1. someone is willing to go first. i.e B sends the money, A confirms that they recieved the money and gives B the account info. However! paypal cash CAN be disputed and paypal doesnt like 'virtual trading' so more than likely if B wants to dispute the payment he/she will get their money back. (scammer) even if its sent as a gift.

2. use an OMM / MM (middleman) a MM is a trusted member, who has a good history and is pretty much garuanteed not to scam (but hey we're all human). Trader A gives the MM the account info, and trader B gives the MM the money at the same time. the MM checks out the account information and makes sure its all correct. then the MM sends A their money and gives B the account information.

there are other ways to trade but thats up to the persons trading to negotiate.

You would be safer to use an MM or OMM. When the buyer sends the cash, be sure he sends it with a "non-refundable money for virtual goods" message.

By the way, an MM does not take the money. He gets the account from seller, verifies it, lets buyer send the cash to the seller, then the MM gives the account to the buyer.

Trading for real-life-money is a good option also.

 

how do you use a non refundable thing for paypal? cause i thought you could retract it..
