    Account stolen - Jagex no response
    That's not new. It can take 1 hour or 2 weeks. When I got phished, they took 48h to reply... just to say "they need more informations" to confirm i'm the owner. Took another 12h to get my acc back. I emailed [email protected] if it helps.

    Just wait, they will reply.

    I recently had the same problem. I tried through accounthelp and got a response within 2-3 days. Although the response fell into my junk folder so make sure to check their for a response as well.
