    Hi everyone,

    I got a slight problem, my ranger was stolen and the guy changed email on it. So i cannot recover it back, i have the rest of the info.

    Jagex wont reply to any emails, i tried [email protected] [email protected] and many more and no response. What should i do :( ?

    was it your account to begin with, if you bought it no point tryna get it back if they was the orig owner.

    I am the original owner, no reply so far. Tried for a week now, exhausting..

    jagex is still not replying to my emails, what should i do ? .... the guy changed email and i have all of the rest info of the account aswell as fb logins.

    yeah only thing i know to do is fill out that template and send to the email stated above.
    you may just have to wait.

    I did many times, more like 20 times and nothing happened.

    Spamming their emails won't help, they have a queue you have to wait through.

    Send the emails in twice a day with urgent in the title to all email addresses, if not then just wait

    Wow great support they have there..
    There isn't much you can do anyways, they probably have a queue ordered by date (or priority or something) and well, you'll need to wait that out.
    I bet they can't keep up with the e-mails :/

    You probably got pushed to the back of the queue for sending so many emails tbh.
