Trying To Recover Old Sythe Account

I'd like to my old sythe account which is stated to have been hacked (you can see that the IP is the same). I don't know if it was hacked or not since I haven't used it in years but i'd like to be able to use the forum once more (whether on a new account or on that old one).

The account name was Shutup.
