Fuel X

So i bought a 99construction/99prayer 10 hp account from @Fuel X . It was middleman'd by @Wortel. Soon after, the account was "locked for suspicion of stolen account". Me having the account under my email, recovered it and changed the password a second time. A couple of days later it was locked once again. I have asked the original owner for the information at time of purchase and he gave me the information. I used the exact same information he gave me to recover the account since it was not letting me recover it using my email again. He was saying that he would help me and I have contacted him multiple times after and he has even given me original email. But nothing is working and he is ignoring my skype messages for the last week or so. All i want is the account back. The account had no valuables but i did spend 70m to buy it from him.
