Account sold to me by Joshy got cleaned

2/17 Sold me a main account and 30m gp(changed the password to personal)

2/18 Account got locked, unable to recover account with information provided
2/19 Joshy unlocks the account for me and changes back password

2/20 Account cleaned of all items

He recovered the account for me, and the next day it's completely wiped. He has claimed he was not the one that cleaned out the account.

Paid with PP have not filed a claim. Spoke with him on skype and was willing to give a partial refund at the end of the month. Joshy is the Original and only owner of the account.

 

So.. he just claimed the money back from PP. I have offered him a refund but he just doesnt listen to me. I HAVE NOT RECOVERD THE ACCOUNT OR CLEANED THE ACC. I think he did this by himself so he can get free rsgp!

EDIT: i have now recoverd the account. Since he jsut filled a claim with PP

 

I have opened a dispute not a claim on PP to freeze the assets till this is worked out. You offered a partial refund and not a full refund ($120 of the $165). I had already invested 10 of the 25 mill in to con on the account.

 

Also who will refund the f cape, void, torso, d def, HE LOST? This is just dumb, he is the one scamming! Also my Vouches: i have sold an account before without trouble.

Yes, you sold me some of the money i ended up putting on the account. None of my other accounts got cleaned.

So he recovered the acc on the 19th and the acc was cleaned on the 20th?

Did you not change the password after you regained access to the account?

Also, you need proof items were on the account and removed.

 

He recovered the day i opened this thread up, I have screenshots of the original trade but not of the bank after the recovery. My request was a refund on the insecure account. Paypal has since agreed with him on the claim he filed.
