Account service botting on my account

so iv payed for a few services to be done on my account, there still currently working on them and they have stated in there tos that they hand train everything and that if my account is banned i will not get a refund because they hand train the account, but i have some video proof of them botting on my account, so if my account is banned for botting/marco is there anything i can actually do?

 

the proof i have is video recording of them doing agility and after every lap they stop on one tile outside the bank for around 2 seconds and then start the next lap, i just dont know if that would be enough proof.

I think you should bring this to light to atleast get someone who's experienced in dealing with such situations give his/her opinion.
In that case as Zora suggested, file in a report.
If they are indeed cheating, a valid report could save other people.

This is almost certainly botting. I would recover my account, and then speak to the service manager and show them your proof, see what is done about the situation.
Unlike the other posts, I don't think you should report right away. As a service provider, I'd rather know about the situation first, so I could handle my worker myself, and of course make things right with you.
That said, of course I would report if the service manager didn't handle things in a manner acceptable to you.

 

yeahso i contacted them telling them that i believe botting is being done on my account and that i have a 10 minute video, they just sent me runelite level up screenshots as proof of not botting. so yeah i dont know how that proves anything on there side

 

Does not prove anything at all, since there's plugins for clients like OPRS, that can also make it look like runelite. Report them, recover your account and if your account gets banned, make them pay for the damages.

 

yeah atm im waiting for there managers to end the service and pay what is owed to me for the stuff thats not been done before i change my password, as i dont want to break there tos for them to not pay back what is owed

 

Ultimately you should cancel the service and then once they have refunded you, you can report a violation here:

If they refuse the refund, of course at that point you would post a scam report here:

Assuming they refund you, as I mentioned before, I would see if they take any action towards the worker that was botting. If they do not, I would report the violation of their own TOS for sure.
