Account recovery, password reset not coming through

I have recently had a secondary password manager overwrite my Sythe account password saved on my iPhone. Resetting the password does not send an email to my inbox regardless of typing in my username or email address. Account name is Toptier. I was activ recently, early this week or late last week if I recall correctly.
I believe creating a secondary account is not allowed so I would like to recover my original account.
