Account Recovery for The_Krzy

I apologize as I did not read the instructions for a hacker as well as editing my last post since I accidentally made the imgurs public and had to change the picutres on my last account recovery post.

I have done a virus scan on both my macbook (picutre with ip): [redacted] and my pc (picture with ip): [redacted] I am using chromebook as well as my phone to relay information from now on as these devices are my most protected and have not been affected by the hacker, as previously I was using my macbook and pc to try to recover the account and login to emails that the hacker got a hold of.

The email that I have put for the other account recvoery had also been compromised. I am making sure to use a secure devise and an email with 2 step varification now.

Here is all my discord proof of my conversation with RSAccountFarms over discord about the account purchase. The hacker was not able to get into my discord since I only accessed it through my phone, which is why he had to create a new one to communicate with mods and account seller. My real discord name is The_Krzy#4015, which has been linked with my sythe account ever since the account purchased in march. My Discord The_Krzy#4015 has also been blocked by RSAccountFarms and mods which is the only secure method I have had to use to communicate with both parties, but since of this morning July 13, I have not been able to speak with anyone besides other mods like Video and Gladiator. I have been blocked by both Mod Gen and Mod BlackBlasses and RSAccountsFarm...

I have not had access to my sythe account since July 9th when I recovered it and set up 2 step. Since then the hacker has recovered my account through account recovery and has gotten the max account that I paid for. I really need help with all of this. At the moment, my best form of communication and security is my discord which the hacker was not able to gain access to throughout this entire ordeal.

I would like to change my sythe email for The_Krzy to: [redacted] I have made sure to only access this email on a secure device and set up the 2 step authentication and hook up my phone number with.

I have not shared any information with real life friends, family or even my girl friend. This hacker has been able to get onto my macbook and pc to get onto my emails and get all of my information. I have spoken with RSAccountsFarms right after the hack happened and I recovered my account that I do not want any sort of refund for the account that I had purchased. I plan on using the account to create my own youtube and twitch content.
I would request that RSAccountsFarm be requested to contact me on my discord provided or sythe to obtain the account back. The account needs to be recovered and in safe possesion ASAP to not further any damages done.

 

This is the final time we're going to assist you with this, if you can not keep your PC secure from this "hack," then we will no longer entertain these recovery attempts as they're simply a waste of time for both yourself and staff.

That being said, we've never spoken on Discord before. I have discord set up so you have to either be a friend of mine or share a mutual server in order for messages to go through.
